Jonathan Halstuch, Chief Technology Officer 

Jonathan Halstuch is a founding partner and Chief Technology Officer of RackTop Systems, an innovative data security company pioneering a new market that fuses cyberstorage with advanced security and compliance into a single, best-in-class platform.  

Halstuch is a cybersecurity sector veteran, having more than 20 years of experience working for the federal government as an engineer, technologist, and manager. In addition, he has also advised foreign governments on Information Technology solutions. He lived and worked in Germany, where he developed a deep understanding of global technology implementations, operations, and support. By orchestrating RackTop’s BrickStor Security platform, he provides efficient and effective data security protection that meets the operational needs of RackTop clients and their customers.  

Chad Mathena, Technical Services Director 

Chad Mathena serves as the Technical Services Director for Sentris®, where he leads the development of cutting-edge data classification and protection services. With deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, Chad oversees the platform’s ability to define classification levels and control access to sensitive information. His focus is on delivering technical excellence that prevents data leaks and fosters secure, trusted collaboration across organizational boundaries.
