Sales Operations Specialist

RackTop Systems is seeking an energetic person to perform Sales Operations and report to the head of sales. The position will provide growth opportunity into other sales roles if desired. You will have frequent interaction with the executive team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist head of sales with all aspects of company sales 
  • Review Salesforce, create and run reports in support of sales operations and forecasting 
  • Maintain detailed awareness of all high probability opportunities 
  • Support company lead gen activities and develop new tactics 
  • Manage RackTop channel partner program 
  • Manage deal registration process 
  • Collaborate with marketing department to provide messaging for sales teams 
  • Review account based marketing tools to look for engagement spikes and trends 
  • Perform sales enablement functions to carry out strategies
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Willingness to lead efforts and provide help where needed 
  • Flexibility to adjust to new tasks by prioritizing and multi-tasking 
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft or other CRM and sales automation tools 
  • College Diploma 
  • Prior sales operations experience is a plus, at least 3 years' experience in a sales function such as SDR/ISR, channel manager, outside sales
  • Comfortable using the required technology and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
